The true measure of quality at HPG is customer satisfaction. As a result, our quality management system has become a focus for success at HPG. We embrace a system that identifies and manages the "process" in our company and the interaction and handoffs between these processes, which allows us to exceed the requirements of ISO 9001.
At HPG, Precision, Accuracy and Consistency are maintained by incorporating the CMM inspection process into our process. This also gives us the ability to provide customers with Part Digitalization services for damaged parts and older parts for which CAD models are not available.
