HPG is a proven leader in Vane production and have manufactured hundreds of thousands of Vanes in the past 5 years alone, gaining experience by producing many different types and sizes. Our manufacturing proficiency enables us to manufacture Vanes to high tolerances, in large volumes and with short turnaround times.
Although considered a simple component, HPG utilizes a unique CMM process to forecast and manage twist, bow and lean which becomes an important feature on larger blades. The HPG capability of manufacturing Vanes from solid bar stock is becoming the preferred solution as customers move away from expensive forgings due to lower volume and less predictability.
